Bought a pair of low rise trunks but I took the wrong size S by mistake. I didn't even open the box (but regardless, like many boxes in the store, came open by default anyway, very convenient for them to avoid refunds and exchanges)
When I went back two weeks later to exchange them for a higher size they didn't allow under "hygienic" reasons.
Awful policy for situation like this. Won't bother to buy CK again.
I have a speech empediment and the Manager at this branch was SO RUDE, she accused to of stealing even though I came in with the items to return with a receipt then laughed and joked while I tried finding my receipt. She mockingly kept asking me if I had lost the receipt magically. Everytime i kept trying to explain my stutters took over and she wouldnt let me get any words out. What kind of behaviour is this from a manager???

I visited the Calvin Klein store at Westfield London yesterday at around 8 pm I was looking for a specific item after being advised by the o2 outlet that it might be available there unfortunately the staff member at the counter a shorter female wearing white top was very rude n dismissive when I showed her the product her tone 🤢 and facial expression made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer
I left the store feeling quite upset n humiliated I wasn’t expected special treatment just basic politeness I hope management looks into this and ensure customers are treated kindly. N she shud learn something from omega atleasțttttt.
Great service from Nash and Anderson. Amazing employees of Calvin and Klein.

I am writing this review as a long-time and loyal Calvin Klein customer. I truly love CK wear and have always been a fan of the brand, which is why this experience was so disappointing.
A few days ago, I visited the store in a hurry close to closing time to purchase men’s underwear for myself. I picked up a sealed 3-in-1 pack from the men’s underwear section in my size and bought it without opening it, trusting the brand.
Today, when I opened the box, I was extremely disappointed to find that there were only two pairs inside instead of three. One pair was missing. I never expected something like this from Calvin Klein. It seems like someone may have cleverly opened the box earlier and removed one item, then resealed it.
The products and offers were good, but this incident is unacceptable and has left me feeling very disappointed. I still have the bill and the box with the two pairs, but I’m not sure what to do next.
As a loyal customer, this experience has shaken my trust in the brand. I hope Calvin Klein takes such issues seriously and improves quality checks to ensure this does not happen to other customers.
