    Professional courteous staff. Battery install and re-seal of 2 Rotary watches took much longer (5 weeks) than anticipated which resulted in 4 stars not 5. This is out of the control of the branch staff as they go to a remote workshop

    Lovely staff, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. I wasn't rushed to make a purchase and ended up with something completely different to what I had planned making the experience that much better.

    Staff at the White Rose Centre store were perfectly polite and professional throughout, both during the purchase and when I returned with an issue. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. I was advised in-store to size up due to the width of the ring and reassured that any resizing issues would be corrected free of charge. However, when the ring turned out to be too large (as a direct result of that advice), I was charged for resizing on the basis of “wear,” despite the ring not being worn and being kept in its box. While the customer service manner was good, the handling of the situation and refusal to honour what was explained at the point of sale left me dissatisfied.
