The woman who came into your shop wearing a brown leather jacket and carrying a backpack is actually a well-known influencer in Indonesia, and the way you treated her was really disrespectful. It’s honestly quite embarrassing. As for the older man who treated Laura badly when she was just want to resize her rolex watch, I hope he gets a proper warning at work. That was just ignorant. shame on u

They refused and would rather see my Rolex bracelet screw pop out and get lost than give it little tighten to get me through to the other side of my flight.
