- JJJane JaneMar 2, 20261.0Shockingly rude staff. They do not bother to say please or thank you when you pay. And they look at you in the weirdest way. Absolutely awful. The policy of pushing the email receipt is disgusting, I always want the paper one and the staff reacts to my request in the rudest way. You train them miserable princesses how to be polite to customers. Will be boycotting all new look stores from now on.
