My phone said 9am at that the store was open but on trying to enter the doors were firmly shut. I could see a group of lady assistants, one of which looked at me, shook her head and turned away! If this is your idea of luxury service it needs work! I have exhibited fine art & design at Asprey and so I am familiar with real luxury service and surroundings. But I am disappointed that I have to travel to London in order to make a quality purchase with quality service!
