  I recent purchase a wedding ring from Goldsmiths, Casey was brilliant and not pushy at all, we were able to walk away and deliberate between 2 rings at different price points without feeling rushed into making a decision. The ring I ended up going for needed a special request due to the size and Casey handled this for me over email keeping me updated at every stage. I was really pleased with the customer service from start to finish - thank you!

  It’s not like me to give a review however I just called the branch and spoke to a chap called Adam who deserves acknowledgement ….very professional and informative…..a rare talent these days so never change Adam, you will go far…..

  I visited Goldsmiths on the 27/12/2025 and was greeted by a lovely employee called Adam, I asked about a particular watch I was interested in buying. Adam brought the watch to me and we talked about how it all works and told me everything I needed to know, he is very knowledgeable. The whole process is lovely and relaxed when buying a new watch from Goldsmiths. I’d like to thank Adam and the guys at goldsmiths for my new watch and I’m hoping to return in the future.   An outstanding experience! The staff are so welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. They met all of my needs effortlessly and so discreetly.
