  Great store with beautifully presented products. The staff are helpful and professional. They also offered me refreshments whilst I was waiting. I would highly recommend.

  I would like to extend my gratitude to the store manager who has over the last 2 months sorted out all my issues with the online team at Goldsmiths. I did not buy from this store and all the issues were not her problem but with brilliant professionalism she dealt with everything on my behalf. Maybe she should be in charge of the online department.

  Big thank you to Hannah for helping my fiance pick out my beautiful engagement ring. You really looked after him Hannah so thank you very much as he had had weeks of stress searching high and low for the right ring until you showed him the ring that was perfect for me! We popped back into the shop today to get the ring resized and was looked after by the lovely Sara and again Hannah who immediately remembered my fiance and congratulated us which makes you feel like a valued customer. Sara was very professional and friendly and explained the process to me. I cannot wait to get my perfect ring back as I feel lost without it! Thank you again 💗
