  One of the worst in-store experiences I’ve had. Visited the Tommy Hilfiger store at the Cannock Designer Outlet after spotting a jacket I liked. Asked the first assistant where it was they pointed me to a completely different jacket. Wrong item. Asked a second assistant. Explained clearly it was the same jacket, but in black. She checked the system and the brand’s own website and told me it *doesn’t exist* in black only camel. We were about to walk out. Then, right there in the store, we found an entire rack of the exact black jackets we were looking for. People keep asking why the high street is dying. This is why. Staff who don’t listen, don’t know their stock, don’t care enough to walk five metres and check, and confidently give wrong information. After this experience I won’t be stepping foot in this store again. If the people representing your brand don’t care, neither will your customers.

  Fantastic staff, I called the store to reserve an item not only was it reserved for me but the staff member was so polite and went above any beyond to help me. Customer service like this is always expected but not often received. Thank you (sorry didn’t get a name)
