- MMMEHDec 5, 20251.0Don’t shop here if you’re on your break from work and in a rush. I was on my way to pay for my item when they announced on a walkie talkie loud enough for the entire shop to hear that they suspected me of shop lifting as I looked “dodgy”. I completely understand why you need to be vigilant as I have previously worked in a shop. But they described every detail about me from the exact clothes I was wearing, to my hair colour for the entire shop to hear (surely it should be more discreet than this, like it is in every other shop, considering it was just a suspicion ). I have never had a good experience with the staff at New Look Burton and it appears I never will.
