- KKKerryFeb 23, 20261.0Sadly, I have to report the behaviour of Nadine this afternoon who, while I was minding my own business and returning a coat I had tried on to its original place, shouted at me asking why I don’t talk to her anymore and accusing me of not liking every shopkeeper in Berwick (I know and get on with every shopkeeper ~ they will vouch for this too!). I was shocked at how rude she was as I’ve, in the past, listened to her many rants about how her staff keep leaving her and I was always sympathetic but now understand why they are all possibly leaving her if this is how she is treating people. I was disgusted as it was totally inappropriate. Needless to say, I will never visit her shop ever again. BTW Hannah and her colleagues are lovely unlike Nadine ! I will be contacting Head Office as it was completely unnecessary and unacceptable ! Please note that when Kennedy and her sister worked there plus others who were always so helpful, I used to regularly bring in tea and coffee plus biscuits for the staff room …….so today’s behaviour is completely unmerited ! Update:~ unfortunately, upon sharing my experience with local people ~ I’m not alone in receiving such unpleasant behaviour from Nadine ~ very sad to hear.
