  We visited today to browse for wedding rings and was greeted by a lovely lady named Santa who was so accommodating and made the whole experience lovely and enjoyable. Santa was so engaging and we really felt looked after, the Prosecco was a lovely added touch. Nothing was too much and we have now ordered our rings just pending collection which I’m sure we will be delighted with (:

  Oh my goodness...absolutely delighted with my wedding band..I left scrap jewellery in to get a new wedding band made and all I can say is WOW..amazing work..I highly recommend this place..the quality of workmanship is amazing 👏. THANKYOU...

  I was on on Sunday the 7th December and a lovely lady called Santa Christina ordered me a tag senna watch. Today I collected the watch from an absolute gentleman. Jim was patient and sorted my watch for me and had it fitting perfectly. The coffee was lovely and our chats about music and the glory days of f1 just made the whole process relaxed and enjoyable. I want to extend my sincere thanks to Santa Christina and Jim. Have a wonderful Christmas. I’m over the moon with my watch.

  I have recently purchased an item from Goldsmiths and while the item was perfect the overall experience was extremely poor. There was no communication whatsoever from either Goldsmiths or DPD between the automated order confirmation and receiving a photo of the item delivered to my post box. I received no emails or text messages advising of delivery or providing a delivery window. I was also advised that I would receive a £250 voucher with this order. This was not included with the delivery, nor has it been sent via email. At the time of writing, I am still waiting for clarification on when or how this will be issued. To make matters worse, I spent over two hours on hold trying to speak to customer service. For a company selling items worth thousands of pounds, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I regularly shop online and can honestly say this is the worst customer service experience I’ve had in years.
