  Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication & Discriminatory Behavior I had a very disappointing experience at Charles Tyrwhitt due to poor communication and unprofessional behavior from the general manager. The day before my visit, I was told that I was allowed to film in the store. However, when I returned, the general manager abruptly changed the stance, stating he would take my details and get back to me. Not only did he fail to follow up, but the way I was treated felt dismissive and unprofessional—almost as if I was being pushed out of the store. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the excellent hospitality from Nathan, an assistant, and the manageress who was on duty that day. They were polite, welcoming, and showed true professionalism, unlike the general manager, whose behavior was anything but. Charles Tyrwhitt needs to work on consistency, communication, and ensuring all customers are treated with fairness and respect. Disappointing.
