  my boyfriend and i had roger as our salesman, he was so incredibly helpful, and absolutely made our decision up quickly with very good information! unfortunately we had to leave so didn’t purchase, but will definitely be back to purchase!!

  We visited as looking for something to go with an additional rings. We was served by the manager then Hannah come out and helped us! Both the manager and Hannah were amazing. Let us try on loads of rings to see what matched and was really helpful. Finally decided on a ring wasn’t in stock and had to be ordered! Hannah kept us in formed and in the loop about delivery. Hannah was excellent when we picked up made sure everything was perfect. We left over the moon with the service and we would recommend Hannah at goldsmiths Basingstoke!
