  Amazing customer service! Really helpful staff members. While I was shopping someone noticed that my hands were full of items and she grabbed from me. She put them on hold rail when the next fitting room became available. I was in the fitting room and trying them when I wasn’t sure about the sizes. They offer me different size They run too quickly. they’re stockroom and got me the items to compare with a big smile on their faces till service was really good. I think the quality of their items read well made and I will be definitely returning Customer thank you

  I am extremely angry and disappointed by the way I was treated at Alo. I visited the store with my husband a few days ago and we were simply browsing bags like any normal customers. I changed my mind about one bag and decided to look at others before leaving the store. As we were exiting, one staff member approached us in a very disrespectful and discriminatory manner and said, “How much do you think that bag is?” His attitude was rude, insulting, and completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be made to feel judged or looked down on while shopping. I travel all over the world and this is honestly the first time I have experienced such disgusting customer service. Alo should seriously train their staff better because behavior like this damages the company’s reputation.

  Dina was excellent. It has been really hit and miss regarding customer service at Alo, especially regent street. However, Dina is a credit to you all and you should be very pleased with her.

  I had such a lovely experience at alo on Regent Street. I was looking for a white hair clip that I couldn’t see on display, and Gabi was incredibly helpful. Even though the store was very busy because it was the last day of the 30% off offer, she still took the time to go up and down to check if they had it available. She was so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. I’m really happy I managed to find the hair clip I wanted, and I really appreciated her effort. Thank you, Gabi — you were amazing!
