Manager Sophia promised to call me with an update—she never did. They ignored all my calls on Sunday. Now, the watch is STILL not here, and they claim they don't even have enough cash in the store to issue my refund today! Manager Robin told me to drive back for a THIRD time on Tuesday. Total incompetence. Only got a small fuel contribution after I had to fight for it. Ruined a birthday and wasted hours of my time. STAY AWAY.
