Im physically disabled and autistic so love music and now cannot listen to it. Cheers I'll never buy from you again

The store wasn’t busy at all, it was just us (one other man came in when we were getting close to the end of our shop). We had planned on purchasing 3/4 items, however we felt so uncomfortable we had to leave. Will not be returning which is unfortunate as we were regular buyers, however we will not be treated like shoplifters and having staff members stare at us!! I can only assume it was because I had a hoodie and he made an assumption!!

I was served by a young lady named Sana, she was very bubbly and helpful, she knew her stuff well, at first I was very cautious with what she suggested but it worked very well and I made a purchase.
