  I was so excited to finally get my own pair of classic Timberland boots today! (Especially after finding out I could use student discount for 20% off!!) My experience was made perfect by a lovely staff member named Asia. She made me feel extremely welcome and helped make sure everything was perfect for my new shoes. Please give her some recognition for her kindness — you are lucky to have employees of this standard.

  Had a great experience at Timberland in the Trafford Centre thanks to Thomas. He was really keen to help from the start and took the time to explain how different shoes need to be broken in, which was genuinely useful. He also talked me through the different products you can use to look after them. He was patient with sizing and made sure we found the right fit, and just had a really positive, approachable attitude throughout. Great friendly service and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable :)

  Ameer was a legend, really helped me out, I tried multiple boots and he was patient and gave me every size till I found the right one. They are also well stocked and have a great range on clothing (he was also kind enough to inform me that they had a sale which was fantastic!) thank you my friend

  We had such a lovely experience at Timberland in the Trafford Centre, thanks to Asia’s amazing customer service. We wanted a new pair of boots for my partner who had never had Timberlands before and Asia was beyond helpful. It’s not often you come across service this good — Asia is a real credit to the team.
