  Great experience with Lynn in fragrance, she saw me browsing and helped me straight away in choosing a fragrance for my dad for Father’s Day, she knew exactly what I was looking for and is an amazing asset to fragrance!! Super helpful!

  I have to thank a beautiful employee who worked in the women's department around Nadine Merabi/Self Portrait area of Selfridges. I know she was from Albania (I didn't catch her name sadly) she was so helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Brought me endless dresses (I needed one for York races) brought me heels, matching bags. Gave constructive opinion. Overall just made my dress buying experience. Excellent at her job. Thank you

  I had a very disappointing experience with the staff at Charlotte Tilbury. I was simply browsing and looking around when I noticed a group of employees standing together, laughing and appearing to talk about me. While I can’t know exactly what was being said, their behaviour made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. Later, when I went to look at a powder product, the staff members who approached us were rude and spoke to us in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. It genuinely felt as though they had no interest in helping customers and viewed serving people as an inconvenience. Customer service should make people feel welcome, valued, and comfortable while shopping. Unfortunately, this experience was the complete opposite. The staff’s attitude came across as immature and unprofessional, and it left a very negative impression of the brand. I hope management addresses these issues and provides better customer service training in the future.

  Very disappointing experience at the Charlotte Tilbury counter in Selfridges Trafford Centre. My family and I travelled from Halifax intending to make several purchases, but the customer service was extremely poor. A male member of staff repeatedly ignored me despite it being obvious I was waiting for assistance. When I eventually spoke with a staff member named Demi, I felt my concerns were dismissed rather than listened to. When I raised a complaint about the service, I felt she was more interested in defending her colleague than addressing the issue professionally. The experience left my family and me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, and we decided not to proceed with our intended Charlotte Tilbury purchases as a result. I would like to thank Neil, the Selfridges manager, and the security officer who handled the situation professionally and listened to our concerns. Unfortunately, the service we received from the Charlotte Tilbury staff involved was far below the standard I would expect from such a well-known brand.
