  Went in for a shirt last night. The assistant who helped me was amazing. He sized me up, brought out some samples for me to try on and then helped me find the right shirt on the wall. They didnt have my shirt in stock so the assistant ordered it to come to my house. I was so impressed I ended up buying 3 other shirts when I’d only come in for one. He knew I was buying the shirt for a wedding at the weekend so made sure to order the shirt special delivery to ensure it arrived on time. My only regret is not getting the you g mans name. He was excellent and I will definitely be back.

  Andy the store manager is a just outstanding. A true gentleman and such an asset to this company. We were blown away by his customer service skills and were in the store only for a short amount of time but had such a great experience despite not even making a purchase this time, and yet the service provided never changed! Truly an exceptional man and Charles Tyrwhitt should cherish Andy!

  I had the pleasure of being served by the store supervisor Henry today. He helped to provide the necessary sizing measurements. Incredibly professional and knowledgable. Thanks to his advice and discretion, I bought a shirt and a suit despite originally intending to just buy a shirt. He is an exemplary gentlemen which is rare to find these days and made the shopping experience much more comfortable. Absolute credit to the store and thoroughly recommend anyone else to visit there.
