  I had a fantastic experience at the Charles Tyrwhitt store in the Trafford Centre, thanks to Andrew. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything about the black tie dress code, which was incredibly helpful. He made sure I understood what was appropriate and helped me choose the right items without any pressure. His professionalism, patience, and excellent customer service made the whole experience enjoyable. Andrew is a real credit to the team, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

  Went in for a shirt last night. The assistant who helped me was amazing. He sized me up, brought out some samples for me to try on and then helped me find the right shirt on the wall. They didnt have my shirt in stock so the assistant ordered it to come to my house. I was so impressed I ended up buying 3 other shirts when I’d only come in for one. He knew I was buying the shirt for a wedding at the weekend so made sure to order the shirt special delivery to ensure it arrived on time. My only regret is not getting the you g mans name. He was excellent and I will definitely be back.
