  Went in to buy a cap found one I liked with a sign right next to it saying take a additional 20% off took it to the till to be told no no discount on this cap I tried to get the lady’s behind the till to come and have a look at the pos next to it but they weren’t interested in coming to look at it nor moving it and made me feel quite uncomfortable tbh

  First time I have ever bought a pair of Calvin Klein underwear and used this store and I am disappointed with the customer service from the store manager and quality of the products. After spending £38 for a my first ever set of Calvin Klein underwear, one pair developed a hole in the seam after 4 months, and so I took it back to the store thinking I would get an exchange and good service from a reputable brand known for their quality underwear. I was wrong, initially the assistant who dealt with me was nice and understanding and accepted that they should not of developed a hole after only 4 months and was willing to give an exchange. However once the manager came to authorise is she was being defensive from the start and stated that even though I have only have them 4 months her policy is no returns or exchanges for underwear after 2 months, and that I may have used them excessively which has caused the hole. I was shocked at the response from the manager, even if I wore the pair 2 days a week since I bought them that would of only been 32 days, the logic did not make sense. I understand that may be her store policy, but end of the day all exchanges would be allowed to her discretion as a store manager and considering this was my first ever Calvin Klein purchase the quality does not reflect the reputation of the brand in the product and the service, and so I won't be buying Calvin Klein again. Its funny as I recall when I purchased the pair, the manager was at the till at the time, and I said to the clerk 'this is my first pair of Calvin Klein underwear, so I'm looking forward to trying them out', the manager replied 'oh trust me once you buy Calvin Klein you won't use anything else! ' How wrong was she.
