They had a really great selection of stylish clothes, everything looked fantastic, and the pricing felt very fair for the quality. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to browse. My daughter loves her new tops! Highly recommended for good value, trendy fashion, and a great shopping experience.

When asking if it was possible to use my Blue Light Discount in store she responded saying yes, yet she stated that the discount would not be applied to promotional or sale items. I then showed her the small print on the Blue Light app, under New Look which stated that the discount included sale items. After showing her she repeatedly stated, that the discount wouldn't be applied, rolled her eyes and spoke in a very inpatient manner; as though I was an inconvinice. Utterly disgraceful customer service, very disappointing.

I took my T-shirt off to try something on and placed it on a little stool in the cubicle it fell off and into a puddle of someone else’s sticky green drink puddle left on the floor! Had no choice but to put my T-shirt back on as I was on my own and unable to alert anyone!
