- FRFrancesca RichardsDec 7, 20241.0Absolutely disgraceful behaviour in New Look at Telford today from a Sales Assistant. I wanted to show my husband my outfit and stepped out of changing room for 10 seconds to show him (he was right by the entrance). In that time, the sales assistant had gone into the room and taken my clothes and phone away because she thought I was going to walk out the shop without paying for the shirt... I was literally still standing in the changing area when she took these away. Refused to apologise to me because it was 'my fault for leaving them unattended.' She was so rude and I literally left in tears because she made me feel so small. What an absolutely vile way to treat a customer spending money in your store. Will never go back again and will make sure everyone knows to be careful in case you steal their stuff.
