Samuels , we were looking for a watch for my wife , but she didn't find one that fitted so we will get one when went home as it needed extra links. . On looking around the shop I saw the Citizens range of " red arrow watches" I loved the look of them and tried them on, but I was not 100% sure, still thinking about it, Sue ( I think that's her name ) brought out another Citizen Promaster Bullhead Racing Chronograph , wow I fell in love with it , and bought it. We had a real laugh with the girls there, even when sue thought we were West Brom fans with London accents 🤔😂😂😂. and they even brought us out two cakes for us , ( was that because we were there too long) . Anyway, when we are back around Tamworth again we will pop in and get some more abuse from them ( all good fun )👍👍👏. Thank you one and all . A brilliant team x

She explained the procedure and also the aftercare carefully and took her time to have a laugh and make sure daughter was happy and relaxed. Kirby is friendly and fun and goes above and beyond in her job which really stands out in retail staff today. 10/10 experience.
