  This New Look has to be the most unclean, distrusting and gritty store I’ve been to. The dust hits the back of your throat the longer you stay. Rubbish everywhere, dust everywhere… grotty

  I went to return a dress a couple of weeks ago, I had the receipt and the tag as it had fallen off after I bought it. I have previously worked in retail and know for a fact stores are able to just reattach tags quite easily so didn’t think it would be a problem, however I was told because the tag was removed even though I had it for them to simply put back on that i closing make a return. My parents then went in the next day asking for a refund and was treated so much better than me the lady said no worries and reattached the tag and gave me a refund. I have never not received a refund myself over something so pathetic knowing full well it could’ve been done and I was just told no when my parents were able to. I have shopped in new look for years and have never ever had so much trouble before or felt so embarrassed before.

  Walked out of the shop and the woman shouted at me and claimed my bag was stolen what a joke I’ve had that bag from primark for 2 years didn’t even get an apology from her after I showed her the tag she just gave me a dirty look and walked back in the shop what horrible service she should be fired if she’s that rude to people

  Great variety of items, much better quality than they used to be but still great prices. A lady called Tracy in the changing rooms was an absolute gem 🥰

  My friend had the worst experience with the supervisor Steph (older woman) who claimed to be the manager when my friend said she was going to complain about her treatment when trying to return an item she had bought a week ago that was faulty, to which this Steph claimed that in her opinion it wasn't! Not her decision too make! My friend had her reciept too. She left the store with no refund etc and left the clothing item behind as she felt so humiliated. Absolute disgusting service, she shouldn't have a job in customer related jobs if she can't speak to people with dignity. Will be escalating this further.
