  As a previous Rolex customer from Lyons Jewellers I had experienced good customer service when purchasing a high value item. However, Rush Barnett and the team at Loupe Croydon far exceeded my expectations. They took the time to introduce themselves and welcome me to the store. Rush had great product knowledge and easily answered all of my questions. I left the store as a very happy customer. Now I have the long wait for my new GMTII......

  Popped in to verify my ring size and was upfront about not needing to purchase anything and I was still made to feel very welcome and felt like royalty. Raj and Joanna were very hospitable. I’ll be back for some jewellery in the future for sure.

  I was greeted and approached by the store manager Oshane and made me feel welcomed as although he was preoccupied with a client he still came out of his way to serve me :) I was then passed over to the rolex sales consultant Ruth who was very professional and attentive she took me the my first rolex experience and navigated me in the right direction to fulfill my registration of interest. I will definitely recommend this showroom for anyone looking to start their rolex journey and have an amazing experience. Thanks to the loupe croydon team 😊😊😊

  Buying my first Rolex from Loupe was a genuinely great experience. From the outset, Rush was knowledgeable, approachable, and made the whole process feel relaxed and enjoyable, which really mattered for such a special first purchase. I was especially pleased that the watch I received was one I had on my list, and it was sourced within a very reasonable timeframe. Although there were some minor issues with links and screws initially, these were handled professionally and efficiently, with clear communication throughout. What really stood out was the aftercare — Rush and the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved to a high standard and that I was completely happy. Overall, the service was excellent and reassuring, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Loupe to anyone considering a luxury watch purchase.

  I walked in and I was greeted by Raj who was very welcoming. My Sales assistant was Jo who was very polite,professional and knowledgeable. I felt like they were invested in getting me exactly what I wanted and took the time to understand my requirements. Joe was the person in charge on the day, she took her time to introduce herself to me which was a nice touch . All staff members were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend a visit
