  AVOID THIS PLACE. Staff at this branch are in dire need of diversity training. I was treated with suspicion refused a refund although I had a valid receipt. A complaint was made to head office and I was offered £30 vouchers. I told them to donate that amount to an anti-racism charity and to train their staff on diversity awareness. Unacceptable behaviours. Shame on you all.

  Two failed experiences. Returns: Goods The manager was unprofessional, , inexperienced, and rude. Same person, same attitude. I wanted to return a jacket with its tag and receipt from TK Maxx, but she refused to take it and told me to go back to the TK Maxx branch where you bought it from. I asked to speak to the manager, and she said i am the manager. I asked her firmly to bring the manager, so she spoke to someone on a headset, a customer wanted to return a jacket with a Debenhams tag. I raised my voice so the other manager could hear me; the jacket had the TK Maxx tag and receipt. The other manager told her to return the jacket, which she did with an apology and a silly smile. The same thing happened yesterday. I wanted to return a pair of shoes I bought for my daughter. with the tag and receipt, but she said she couldn't, but she could give me a voucher for the amount that would appear in the system. She looked at the screen and said, "This is half the amount you paid." I took the shoes and went to another branch, where they kindly returned them and wished me a good day. What an unprofessional and rude manager! I will never shop at that branch again

  This is good TK max but lately very old products, clothes and items for soo many years the same things.
