I went in to ask for help with taking some links off my watch bought elsewhere, the staff helped me in noticing an issue with the watch (not purchased from here) offered extensive help even though it was a problem caused by elsewhere. Very welcoming, chatty, knowledgeable and overall impeccable service!

Lee and Archie have looked after me since, they have been absolutely fantastic to say the least! Responsive to calls, emails and instore appointments (even at last minute notice), their communication is seamless and I really could not fault them. Their professionalism, passion and knowledge for horology is excellent. Lee was able to make my patient wait well worth it and let me know one of my desired timepieces had become available. The whole experience was superb, Lee kindly talked me through the aspects of the watch including winding, time and date setting, clasp adjustment and general watch care. I am truly greatful and appreciative for being able to purchase such a fantastic timepiece and I look forward to being a loyal customer acquiring future watch and jewellery items with you. I highly recommend to all!!! On an additional note, it’s great to see such a genuine team in store including the kind ladies who are always so welcoming and hospitable on my visits, always offering tea / coffee / refreshments.
