- LLlm lmJul 27, 20261.0Cashier threw a wobbly because I asked for a printed receipt. For some reason she wanted to email the receipt to me, which I wasnt having as I dont want any spam from new look. It took me 3 times to repeat that I dont want to share my email with them so finally she has given up and printed the receipt with an extra comment than I will only have 2 weeks for returns because the receipt was printed. The staff at this shop needs educating and email receipt shoud be an option to choose no one should be forced to it.

- AAAnonymousMar 29, 20265.0I came in yesterday and I was in for a quite a while and I was having a little breakdown in the fitting rooms trying on outfit and didn't like anything on me, so I asked for some help, I'm a 30 year old who doesn't go out that was trying to find an outfit for drinks for tonight, I didn't catch the two members of staff name but one of them had long hair and a crop top on as she helped me the most, they were really lovely and helped me put an outfit together and I'm really happy with the outcome of the outfit :)
