- IEI EszetAug 26, 20261.0I bought a pair of Prada sunglasses from Sunglass Hut for £298 last September. They are not even a year old and have only been worn occasionally because for they are not cheap and I took very good care of them. When opening them, a screw inside the hinge snapped. The broken screw is still lodged inside the frame, so this is clearly not something I could have caused through misuse. Sunglass Hut refused to repair them under warranty, telling me that the hinge is covered but apparently the screw inside it is not. Absolutely ridiculous for £298 sunglasses that have lasted less than a year. Genuinely some of the worst customer service I have experienced in the UK. I would never buy from Sunglass Hut again.

- SSSydneyApr 28, 20264.0Lots of choice for decent prices. They didn't have the glasses I ended up selecting in stock but they were able to order them to my house at the counter which although a slight letdown it was still better than ordering them online without being able to try them on first. The staff were friendly, but due to a capacity limit we had to queue for quite a while to get in.
