- MMmusic man4 days ago1.0I waited over 2 weeks for my click and collect orders, whilst my phone number had changed, I should have at least got an email notification to tell me my order had arrived, As confirmed by the man in the shop who handed my orders. He said there has been problems with the service, So perhaps head office, or someone higher up the chain can look into this problem to avoid other bad reviews across the country. I had to do two seperate orders as they were high Street vouchers, for an extra £1 i could have had them delivered, but on the website when ordering it was only possible to enter one voucher at time. If they could also look at that, it would be very helpful, as i was charged twice for click and collect due to the way i paid for my items.

- AAAnnaSep 16, 20261.0A rude member staff was not concentrating. I gave her a £20 and then she gave me £11.00 change saying did I give her £10 and I said no £20. She said I hope you are not lying as I will get in trouble. I said no it was a £20 note and there is a camera up there which will show it all. So angry she accused me of lying because she wasn’t focused.
