When I asked why, the staff member simply said it was “mispriced” and kept insisting the price was £48, without offering any explanation or solution. This is very misleading to customers and a waste of people’s time. If there is a pricing mistake, the least you can do is handle it properly instead of just pushing the higher price onto the customer. Very disappointing experience — I won’t be coming back.
