  First of all, Ernest Jones have something incredibly rare and that is a staff member who is passionate, helpful and patient and her name is Alma!! Alma has been legendary with us over the past month. We have visited the store 3 times during this period and each time, she has been nothing less than amazing. She has been knowledgeable, kind and patient. After our initial visit, due to my indecisiveness, I asked Alma when she was next in and she advised that she was going to be on leave but it was ok to come back someone else could serve us. After the time and effort she had put in, I knew that I wanted her to receive the recognition for my sale so we planned to return when she was back. We had visited another jewellers in the Potteries Centre and coincidentally, the staff member dealing with us, was also going on leave but the response was different for when we were to return, she asked us to wait until she was back, delaying our purchase. Alma's selfless attitude is actually what clinched the sale. Ernest Jones, you have a fantastic member of staff in Alma, treasure her. Alma, thank you so much 💖

  I lost my Rado watch in Thailand and claimed on my house insurance. I got a voucher for the value of the watch to spend at Ernest Jones in Hanley, Stoke On Trent. From the moment I met Adam, the store manager, I knew what kind of person he was. He couldn't help me enough. We sat and talked about the watch that I had lost and the options for a new one. He told me all about the Rado factory in Switzerland, manufacturing process and warranty etc. He really does know his stuff.... But, it doesn't end there! I was aware that if I spent so much I would get a voucher for £275, after so many days. My wife straight away started looking at necklaces... Adam ordered my watch for me and told me how I would receive the voucher. Meanwhile my wife was talking to one of the shop assistants, Kerry-Ann, who was showing her a beautiful 9ct Tri Gold chain and The next day Adam called me and told me my watch had arrived, so I went in and collected it. A few days later Kerry-Ann called to tell me that the chain my wife had looked at was in the sale. We went straight in and put a deposit on it. We then waited until the voucher arrived, which Adam called me and told me was on the way. Today we went in store and collected the chain and pendant. Adam again was on hand and with the rest of the staff was polite and efficient. I can honestly say I have never experienced customer service as good as this ever in my life. Absolutely first class. .. Dave
