- VNVictoria NoureddineJul 3, 20261.0Very disappointed. Since the previous manager, Rosie, left, this TKMaxx has become completely disorganised. I noticed one backpack that had been sitting on the shelf since Christmas. It’s now July, and it still hasn’t been reduced. When I asked a manager why it hadn’t been marked down after six months, I was told, “It will be reduced next week.” Weeks later, it was still at the same price. Another example was a pair of boots with four red clearance stickers on them, while a fifth sticker had clearly been removed. When I asked at the checkout how much they were, I was told the clearance stickers had been a mistake and that the boots were actually full price. It’s difficult to believe the same “mistake” happened multiple times. The whole store feels chaotic. Pricing is inconsistent, clearance labels can’t be trusted, and the staff don’t seem to know what’s going on. Unfortunately, the customer service has become very poor, and the shopping experience is nothing like it used to be.🤨
