There are no banks at Eden Walk. There is one cash machine Located at Sainsbury's and one cash machine located in M&S.

The public toilets are on the second floor via Centre Core Lift & Stair Lobby. The disabled facilities are next to the public toilets. Several shops, restaurants and cafes also have toilet facilities including M&S.

There is a baby change located by the public toilets on the second floor near the Car Park Office which includes a room for feeding baby.
