  It's your standard TK Maxx store - It have a little more natural light in there than usual which is nice.

  Likely Guildford has one of the best TK Maxx branches. Three levels - you will definitely get something special for someone special. Great products, value and service.

  Just a warning for others to be prepared for the level customer service by both staff and managers. Highly not recommended for visiting. We spent about £300 there and were left with feeling of being wrong in everything and everywhere in this store where we were told where we are not allowed to stand in the fitting rooms, though the signs are not clear at all as they are white on the white background! and the only instruction from the staff was ‘You are not allowed to enter’. Such language is not appropriate in communications with customers. I would advise that leadership team revisits their standards of communication with customers as now it looks like staff is tired of their customers, and not helpful at all even when we asked them to put the clothes in the cabin, and they refused.
