  I love coming and shopping in Tk Max ,however the decision to place all 10 tills on ground floor is not great,especially when is only one sale assistants and she is very grumpy and never friendly. First time she offered me a bag,I asked do I have to pay for it. She said yes,everywhere you go you have to pay for it. I told her it is not thrue and she continued to tell me the same thing. I was shopping again, I bought some supliments I asked nicely if there is security tag as I don't want to be embarrassed if it is beeping at the door,she fired back saying on the soaps there is no tags. Guess what I came at the door and it was beeping. She might be frustrated because she is by herself, I understand. How is it possible that on 3 floor shop is one pearson on the till. I like shopping but it is hot ,I am not well and I don't feel being in the que, they should respect customers. It was always that customers should be served first but in TK max nobody cares. To be honest I would like to be able for someone ales to serve me. Nothing personal ,I respect everyone.

  This branch of TK Maxx occupies 3 large floors at the bottom of Guildford High Street carries a large range of dicounted apparels & household goods.
