  I wanted to take the time to leave a special review for Ellen at Mappin & Webb in Guildford, who has been absolutely exceptional throughout the process of replacing my wife’s engagement ring following an insurance claim. From my very first interaction with Ellen, she was incredibly professional, approachable, patient and genuinely kind. What could easily have been quite a stressful process was made so much easier by the way she handled everything. She took the time to understand our circumstances, helped guide me through the insurance process and made sure I felt supported and informed throughout. What stood out most was that her service never felt transactional. Ellen genuinely seemed to care about getting the right outcome for us and understood the sentimental importance of replacing an engagement ring. Her communication, attention to detail and personal approach were outstanding. I collected the finished ring today and couldn't be happier with it. More importantly, I came away feeling that Ellen deserves genuine recognition for the way she represents Mappin & Webb. Exceptional customer service is something that should be acknowledged, and she is a real credit to the Guildford team and to the company as a whole. Thank you, Ellen, for all your help, patience and kindness throughout the process. It has been sincerely appreciated, and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending both Ellen and Mappin & Webb Guildford to others. A very well-deserved five stars
