  Acabo de llegar a el Shoping y con muchas ganas de comprar un colgante y me fui con 2 relojes excelentes y un colgante de una cruz, pero quiero destacar la atención de Ben, nunca forzó que compre nada, fue preguntándome qué estaba buscando, mirando si podía adaptar mi gusto con lo que buscaba y terminé llevándome lo que realmente quería, cuando lleguen al lugar pregunten por BEN!!! Definitivamente el disfruta de lo que hace y servir a los clientes le sale súper natural ! Recomendadisimo

  Shopped today in the ( Guildford Friary) served by a very confident and lovely person Decrah( who is in training), all I can say please employ more like this one, also the manager that was covering the store Paris (wearing a jumper🥵) was also very welcoming too. Definitely go back and would totally recommend. So well done to Decrah 💯💯👍

  Bought an adjustable watch from this store last month. Within 2 weeks one of the strap bars had lost it's gold capping. On visiting the store today with my guarantee receipt I was told only the clock workings were covered by the standard warranty. A new bar was counted as a cosmetic repair which I'd be charged for and that some force must've caused it to come off!! Not happy that this happened within 2 weeks of normal watch wearing. I now doubt the quality of this watch and if more gold link bar caps will just fall off in time . A very disappointing purchase and level of customer service.

  My girls had their ears pierced yesterday at H. Samuel, and we had a wonderful experience with Natalia. The piercing area has a lovely little corner that feels private and comfortable, which really helped put my girls at ease. Natalia was friendly, professional, and explained every step of the procedure clearly before and during the piercing. She was incredibly patient, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed or under any pressure. Thanks to her calm and reassuring manner, my girls felt relaxed throughout the whole process. At the end, they each received a Brave Certificate and a little goodie bag, which was such a lovely touch. I highly recommend Natalia if you're considering ear piercing. She made it a positive and memorable experience for my girls.
