  Ornella is such a sweetheart. She helped me and my friend patiently with the ear piercing process and gave us the best customer service. She is just amazing☺️

  I came into the shop for the first time today looking for a nice automatic watch. Ben took a great deal of time explaining different brands of watch and answering the many questions I had. I ended up picking this beautiful green automatic Seiko diving watch. Another member of staff Carmel resized the watch for me and was equally great to communicate with. Cannot recommend this shop more if you’re interested in good quality watches without paying excessive amounts. Excellent service and beautiful watches

  Absolutely fantastic service from Chrissie! My fiancée and I went to H Samuel to take a look at some wedding rings, and Chrissie was so accommodating and helpful. We weren’t particularly sure on the style of rings that we each wanted, and she was happy to talk us through all of the designs and try on as many as we wanted. Chrissie was really informative and offered fantastic advice, and we were able to find a perfect wedding band for each of us. Once the rings were ordered, it transpired that there was a stock issue with my ring and it was cancelled. However, Chrissie was an absolute superhero and managed to track down the last ring in stock from Scotland! We couldn’t be more grateful for all of her help - and we would absolutely recommend H Samuel Guildford to everyone. Thank you so much, Chrissie! ⭐️

  I just wanted to say a big Thank you to Ben for his professional and pleasant service while we tried to figure out our wedding bands a month before our wedding. He was easy to talk to and we were both impressed with his knowledge with the jewellery available and how the items are made and suggested what would be best without it sounding like an up sale. This store was the 3rd one we visited that day and we weren't convinced we would buy anything. I was over the moon to find that the ring we had chosen not only matched the colours we wanted, but also fit perfectly. After the purchase Ben then asked if we had bridesmaids gifts and we said no, because we didn't think we would do any. Ben suggested the necklaces on purchase and it made us realise we should do something and the necklaces seemed like a special touch. Thank you Ben for a wonderful service and I can't wait to visit a H.Samual again soon.
