The young lady we spoke with initially was warm, engaged and genuinely attentive with my daughter, which set the tone perfectly. But the real star was Selena, who pierced her ears. She was exceptional: patient, maternal, and talked my daughter through every single step from start to finish. Crucially, she spoke to her, not to me. For a child, that makes all the difference, and it was clearly intentional. Top class from start to finish. The little touches meant so much too. A goodie bag with a certificate and a tiny bear had my daughter absolutely thrilled. Also, when we walked past on the way back and she went to show them that she had given the bear a friend, they not only remembered her, but were completely engaged and genuinely delighted. That is not just customer service, that is real warmth. I always enjoy this branch, but this particular experience was second to none. The care, attention and friendliness of the whole team, and Selena especially, was something I will not forget. Highly recommend.
