Only thing I would say is the junction is terrible. Nearly had a crash last time as it wasn't clear which lane to go in :(

The way customers and staff are spoken to is unacceptable. Situations like lost parcels should be handled professionally, but unfortunately this experience felt unhelpful and frustrating. I hope the management team take this feedback seriously and improve their customer service.
