I bought a coat on 23-12-2025 and realised it was too small to wear on top of my clothes on Christmas day so I brought it back and I was told I have to pick something else so I said I couldn't find anything else that caught my fancy and asked if I could be given a voucher for a later date as it is a 14 days policy for return and I felt I was being forced to pick something else even if i do not like it, in exchange, but she was just not being reasonable on top of the fact that the staff who served me on the 23rd was very rude and I mentioned to the supervisor today but then she also chose to be unreasonable! The only good experience I had was the staff who served me before calling her supervisor, she was empathetic, understanding and professional. She should have been the supervisor instead!
