  This was our first visit to Michael Spiers in Taunton and exceedingly pleased with our experience. The reason for the visit was to look for my first Rolex watch as a very special birthday gift. After taking relevant preference details Josh was able to show us several watches. His knowledge of the range of watches was very impressive and educational on the different functions and styles. I eventually chose the beautiful Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date-Just with the dark blue face. At which point Josh very kindly produced a couple of glasses of champagne to celebrate becoming a very proud Rolex owner and to mark the occasion of my 70th birthday.   Definitely the place to go if you have some rings needing alterations & repairs. I took in 4 rings for attention, & the jeweller was very professional & thoughtful in her approach. I was provided with estimates for each ring by the jeweller & then they were sent to the goldsmith for closer examination. The estimates were emailed to me within the week & the work to be carried out within a month. Excellent communications by email. Very quick responses to any queries on the same day. I've bought rings from them in the past through 'Leaths' & the rings have been of the highest quality. (No stones falling out as opposed to a jewellers close by!!!)

  Great experience from start to finish. Hannah and Melanie were a pleasure to deal with supplying me with my first Rolex! Hopefully the first of many 🤞🏻

  The location of the store is very easy to find. All the staff in the store are very friendly, making me feel very welcome. My salesperson is Rosie, who made my shopping experience very pleasant. She helped me patiently, and I finally succeeded in buying a very beautiful watch for my mother. Overall, it was a perfect shopping experience.
