  Had a really great experience in this store. Phoned prior to going in to see if they had a Longines in stock, spoke with David on the phone who was really helpful and put the watch aside for me. It was also great to know they allowed dogs in store as we take our cockapoo everywhere with us! Once we got there we were greeted immediately by David. Quickly got us sat down and asked if we would like any hot or cold drinks. They made us feel really comfortable and the atmosphere was great and no one was pushy. Also the shop smells incredible! Just thought I’d add that 🤣. Was a seamless experience and we loved the watch, they gave us a great deal and we went ahead with the purchase. Customer service was top and we will definitely be back. To be perfectly honest I’ve not always had great experiences in other goldsmiths stores but this was by far the best overall.

  I recently purchased a watch from this store, which was clean and well laid out. The staff were professional, attentive and very knowledgeable, especially Vivian, who I dealt with.

  We popped into Goldsmiths Cribbs, we were greeted by Gemma, we had no appointment booked and had been to two previous jewelers with an under par service. Gemma was amazing, giving us refreshments throughout out time there, she was patient despite me wanting to try on the same few rings over and over. We found the perfect ring and the service was fantastic. Would absolutely recommend.
