  The team at Mallory have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They have assisted me with a secret project of mine for the past few months, and could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Not at all "pushy", just knowledgeable and patient, "proper jewellers" as my grandfather would say. Special thanks to Ethan for all his efforts, they are truly appreciated. All in all, a lovely, English, independent jeweller in the heart of Bath - highly recommend!

  I had a 13:00 appointment booked at E P Mallory & Son in Bath. Unfortunately, I didn’t realise that Bath Rugby had a home match on the same day, which made the city extremely busy and parking very challenging. We spent around 1.5hrs driving around trying to find a space, which was quite stressful, but throughout that time we kept the team informed about our delay. They were incredibly understanding which immediately set a positive tone for the visit. When we finally arrived, we were warmly greeted by one of the staff members, who made us feel welcome straight away despite us being late. There was no sense of rush or frustration — instead, we were treated with patience and professionalism from the very start. We were then introduced to our sales consultant, Tom, who invited us to sit down and took the time to have a proper conversation about the watch I was interested in. From the moment we started talking, it was clear that he was highly knowledgeable, passionate about watches, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping customers. He explained everything in detail, answered all of my questions and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. What impressed me the most was his depth of knowledge and the way he communicated it — he was engaging, attentive, and clearly cared about ensuring I fully understood the watch and felt comfortable with my decision. It felt like a personalised experience rather than just a sales interaction. I don’t usually write reviews, but on this occasion I felt compelled to share my experience. The level of customer service, professionalism, and genuine hospitality we received was outstanding. Despite the challenging start to the day, the team turned the visit into a very positive and memorable experience for my wife and I. I would highly recommend E P Mallory & Son to anyone looking for a quality watch and excellent service. 😊

  Went in to get my watch resized for my fiancée, went on the grey market to buy it as what she wanted wasn't available AD. Really knowledgeable guys and assured the watch was real and resized. Was very well looked after and will look to purchase jewellery and pay a little extra just for the experience.

  Visited this beautiful jewellery shop. The staff were polite, non-judgemental and helpful. They had an excellent knowledge of the items on sale and were happy to show me their selection of scarves and silver picture frames. They had a good selection. They also had a good and varied selection of quality jewellery. The jewellery was fairly priced and the gemstones were of very good quality. Would recommend for a gift and heirloom piece for future generations. I visited years ago and its good to see the service is exceptional.

  Popped in to have a look at tag's for bday, trying to find the perfect one for a while. I spoke and was helped by Fred, excellent service and he found the perfect watch, so thankyou Fred.
