- AMAshley Moorcroft1 day ago1.0Do not shop here… disgrace in customer service, bought a 2 piece jacket and joggers, then went to try on after the purchase when I noticed a massive hole in the sleeve of the jacket, so I took back to get the refund for the jacket and they looked at cameras and said the girl that put the transaction through didn’t make the hole and wasn’t there when I was paying which obviously she didn’t notice the gaping hole so intentionally was told I could not get a refund, so made out that I made the hole, without any proof of me doing and I bought the items an hour before, like why would I do that as I actually looking forward to were it on holiday, so the main manager spoke to me and in the end he said which I think is quite sarcastic ‘I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt’ as there was no proof of me doing the damage and gave me the refund which took half and hour of my time, pathetic if you ask me, treated like a criminal and made me really upset just after I spent over a £100 in your shop, so know you have lost a good customer and I hope others will follow as your customer service is non existent, area managers take note and do hop e you discipline your managers on treating your customers right, and the first woman/team leader was soo rude I really feel disheartened by your actions taken and won’t be coming back. Please take note people shop is probably losing money so they do this dumb shit.
