  I received a call from Rosie, informing me that Michael Spiers were able to offer me a GMT II - a watch, for which I had registered just over 2 years ago. Quicker than expected, given the even longer wait that I was realistically expecting. Within 24 hours, I had it on my wrist. Excellent service from Rosie on the day, courteous and professional - as Yiu would imagine from a top end outlet. We also revisited my potential purchases going forward. Looking forward to the next call….

  Natalie and the team at Michael Spiers Taunton have given me excellent customer services over the last 3yrs! Offering excellent advice over purchases across the Tudor and Rolex ranges. The showroom is great to visit and always has a lot to offer. Customer service is excellent and highly professional through the whole team and they always make me feel welcome with all inquiries I have had. Keep up the good work and looking forward to visiting again soon.

  I’ve had a fantastic experience with Josh at Michael Spiers(Taunton). Josh is always incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive whenever I visit. He takes the time to understand what I’m looking for and always makes me feel genuinely valued as a customer. His knowledge, patience, and excellent service make every visit a pleasure.   Great service, very professional and helpful. Rolex ADs sometime have a bad reputation for not engaging or dealing poorly with customers. Michael Spiers Taunton and Natalie in particular were really helpful and able to show me a variety of watches. I have bought an Explorer II and a Submariner from the shop in the last few years and had couple of services of my old Air King. It is great when you can get such service on your doorstep! I will continue to purchase my watches from this store.

  What a lovely experience I had at Michael Spiers when I visited recently to have my mother’s ring resized for myself to wear. The assistant was attentive, enthusiastic and very interested in the ring and she kindly researched the ring’s hallmark for me there and then, as it wasn’t a design of the early 1960’s. The cost was accurate, affordable, and completed more quickly and efficiently than anticipated. I now wear the ring most days. Excellent service
