  Fantastic experience at Goldsmiths Cabot Circus. I wanted a sales valuation for a very much loved Rolex watch. I had phoned ahead and had an appointment booked with Amina. From start to finish Amina was friendly and professional and really empathetic. I wanted to sell the watch but she understood it was hard after 23 years ownership and she ensured I felt ready. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy another watch and felt really valued as a customer. The valuation was also the best out of 3 I had obtained. Amina also gave me some great advice about any future watch purchase. I really can’t recommend them enough.

  I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I experienced at this store. The first time I visited with my partner, we were looking at engagement rings. Despite spending time in the store, no one approached or offered to help us. I decided to give the store a second chance and returned around two months later, genuinely intending to purchase a diamond engagement ring. Unfortunately, the experience was even more disappointing. A member of the customer service team approached someone who was close to me, while completely ignoring me, despite me clearly being there to look at and potentially purchase an engagement ring. I found the behaviour incredibly rude, dismissive and, frankly, prejudiced. I should not have to feel uncomfortable or unwelcome when I am a genuine customer who is prepared to spend a significant amount of money. After two disappointing experiences, I will not be wasting my time in this store again. I will simply take my money elsewhere, to a jeweller where customers are treated with respect and provided with the level of customer service you would expect when making such an important purchase. Very disappointing, especially from a store where you would expect a high standard of service.

  The service was excellent. Kate helped us find the right watch size and made the whole experience enjoyable. She was always available whenever we needed her, never rushed us, and never put any pressure on us while we were trying on different watches. Her patience and friendly attitude made all the difference. Thank you, Kate, for the outstanding service!

  We had such an amazing experience at Goldsmiths, and it’s all thanks to Iryna. She helped us choose both of our wedding bands, and we couldn’t have asked for better customer service. She was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel so special and stress-free. Iryna went above and beyond to help us find the perfect rings, taking the time to answer all of our questions and making sure we were completely happy with our choices. She made such an important purchase a truly memorable and enjoyable experience. Thank you, Iryna, for your outstanding service.
