  Collected 2 Omega watches from Goldsmiths that had been repaired and serviced at a cost of £1350 - one wasn’t working at all and no one in the store had checked this. Had to return the watch today in a 3 hour journey for it to go back to Switzerland for another 12 weeks. Staff polite and helpful however they should have checked the watch was functional prior to asking me to collect it. Very disappointed

  Disappointing experience overall. I visited the store to enquire about a Rolex Submariner and was told the waiting time would be four to five years, with around 400 people ahead of me. I understand that demand is high and availability is limited, but the way this was communicated felt very cold and dismissive. The service itself also did not feel consistent with what I would expect from an authorised Rolex retailer. I was offered a drink, but what I requested never arrived and I was eventually given tap water instead. The sales interaction felt rushed and impersonal, with very little effort made to understand what I was looking for or to create any sense of a luxury retail experience. I left feeling that the staff member may not have been fully trained in handling this type of customer enquiry. I was not expecting immediate availability, but I did expect a more professional, welcoming and considered experience.

  Do not purchase your wedding bands from here! Also don't believe in the guarantee. They are a con! We bought my wedding ring here for our wedding in December. By March, I noticed the stones had started to move. This is a channel-set ring, so the stones should not be shifting at all. After spending £5,000, I expected a ring of exceptional quality and durability. I had to take the ring back to the store and I only just managed to return it within the one-year guarantee period. I had literally one day left. Had I been any later, I would have been out of luck. You’re expected to pay for returns and any alterations outside the guarantee, which is disappointing given the price. It is now 8 July and I’ve been without my wedding ring for longer than I’ve actually been able to wear it because it’s spent so much time in their workshop being repaired. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Your wedding ring is something you expect to wear every day, not have repeatedly repaired just months after purchase. For such an expensive piece of jewellery, the quality and aftercare have been extremely disappointing.

  Took my 15 year old Omega watch for service & was very pleased with the service, from the store. Price was reasonable as they sent watch back to manufacturers & it came back looking like new.I use this store when I can afford to and I was glad I used them for this.
