At this point she hasn’t seen it to know if purchasing was an option. Multiple members of staff on the floor who could not apparently bring it down to a level for her to see however we would need to wait for a salesperson in 20 minutes time. If you do not want to alienate anyone in a wheelchair then you need accessible displays. Fortunately we went to another jewellers who was more than happy to cater to someone with a disability.
