  Definitely one of the worse companies you could deal with !Goldsmiths When buying a watch on there site - it Directed me to this Bristol store as having one In stock . There was an £150 voucher with each sold .I spoke to Kate in this store and she tells me after I buy the watch that I won’t be getting The voucher at all .You cannot get a Vat receipt From this business .Their store tells you one Thing and there head office tells you the opposite . I had to get trading standards to investigate it.A dreadful experience - I would Never buy from Goldsmiths again .Just dreadful.

  Been dealing with Goldsmiths now for over 8 years and recently took delivery of my long awaited watch. Have to say I have had outstanding service from the Bristol Cabot Circus branch throughout this time and although the waiting time for supply was longer than hoped for Goldsmiths have been first class in the handling of all of my watch and jewellery purchases. Although a bit of a drive from my home it’s been well worth the trip when I’ve not been able to get delivery. Defo recommend and will continue to use them as also had some great offers on Jewellery and various watches along the way! Thank you

  I didn’t purchase a watch today but I had the most amazing interaction. I got chatting to an employee called Josh. He had some amazing watch stories, he was extremely helpful and his knowledge on timepieces was exceptional. I will 100% be returning because of Josh and purchasing a watch. Hopefully in the near future! (Dependant on the other half! 😂)

  Amazing experience yesterday when visiting Goldsmiths for the first time, alone, to purchase a wedding band. My experience was 10/10. Joe was so kind, friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. His service was absolutely exceptional and is one of the best experiences I’ve had as a customer anywhere. He did not make me feel rushed, or pushed into any decisions, he showed me many different options and really took his time. Overall a really lovely guy. Thank you again Joe and I look forward to visiting again in the future. Chelsie

  Very terrible experience!!! There was no warm welcome by any member of staff aside from the manager who seemed to put on a smile. A member of staff was asked to attend to my family and I but she declined, reasons best known to her, rolling her eyes at us. Also when we were finally attended to, we weren’t offered even a glass of water as we could see other customers being served tea and wine in trays. When my husband asked why we weren’t offered any drink as we could clearly see others had drinks on their table, the staff claimed “today has been unusually very busy” He left us on two occasions for quite a length of time, I asked how about we have a glass of water while you go prepare the watch and receipts. He again mentioned the above response. Also, during our initial meeting he sat as though we were there to waste his time, as he seemed very unbothered and uninterested not facing my husband and I at all. The overall service was awful, totally disrespectful unprofessional and unpleasant. I would not recommend it to anyone. The member of staff’s name is Josh. There was no reason my family and I were treated in such way, we weren’t rude at any point. Maybe not worth their time because we didn’t purchase a Rolex.
