- KKKira KiraJan 6, 20191.0Soo poor service and treated people bad when u coming to the shop and want to return items !!!I tried return 7 items of the lingerie /just one of them was unpacked as I wanted see If I like but unfortunately for me not what I expected so the rest of them was packaged originally with the all the new look stickers etc.the lady all of them unpacked in the shop then I was told that she can’t accept the return as they are open !!and for hygienic reason !!! What a joke !!! in front of me She unpacked all !!!that was very rude I was In shock how the staff treating a customer!! Another lady / staff /with a huge eyelashes on her eyes looked at me weird I felt that I have done something wrong .decided never buy anything from our shop even online cheers new look !!!
- CCClaire-louiseApr 3, 20184.0Some of the staff are really welcoming. When the sale comes out the store is to crammed and not suitable if a fire were to happen. They don't sell any fluffy socks or jackets. Teenagers range is well there isn't. The homewear bits shouldn't be next to the queue
